Description: Responsible for providing support for Windows Servers and Active Directory. This position is also responsible for performing technical duties such as diagnostics, memory installations, modem installations, hard drive installations, internal card/drive installations, software installations, and PC Tuneups. Provide first-line help desk/user support. Assist with implementing practices that will more effectively utilize MIS resources. Market our computer services and sales to attribute to company growth. Associates must possess strong customer service and communication skills. Experience on Apple/Mac and/or Linux is a plus but not required.
